Under the Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal (MAVIM), Thane District, a Portable Smart Biogas Plant Project has been launched on a pilot basis in Shahapur and Bhiwandi Talukas. This project is being implemented through the Premankur Samajik Sanstha (PSS) at the Kayapalat Community Managed Resource Center (LSRC), Kinhavali, and the Bharari Community Managed Resource Center (LSRC), Padgha.
The primary objective of this project is to provide rural households with clean and renewable energy, improve public health, and mitigate environmental impact by reducing the dependency on firewood.
We firmly believe that this initiative will bring a significant transformation in society and will be instrumental in empowering rural families and enhancing their quality of life.
